Advertisers want to understand exactly where their material could appear. A clear photograph and a few useful details can make your listing much easier to assess.

- Select the formats you can accept — Business Cards, DL, A5, A4, A3/Posters where appropriate
- Tell advertisers approximately how much material will fit
- Choose Free or Paid, and set your price if applicable

Creating a standard Display Space listing is free unless a fee is clearly shown before you list. If paid marketplace services or transaction fees are introduced, they will be disclosed before you commit.
No. You can offer a space for free if you'd simply like to support local businesses, clubs or community organisations.
That's up to you. Consider the location of the space, visibility, venue type, customer traffic, display size and how long the material will remain. You can also start free or at a modest price and adjust it later.
Yes. An enquiry does not mean you have to accept the advertising. You can decide whether a particular business or promotion is appropriate for your venue, subject to the marketplace terms and applicable law.
Yes. If you have a brochure stand, noticeboard, counter position and digital screen, these may be listed as separate advertising opportunities.
Yes. Digital display space can be listed where appropriate. Your listing should explain where the screen is located and how advertising would be displayed.
That can be agreed between the venue and advertiser. Your listing should explain whether a holder already exists or whether the advertiser needs to provide suitable display equipment.
The venue and advertiser can agree on restocking arrangements. Where possible, the advertiser should provide enough material for the agreed display period.
Paid bookings use the marketplace payment workflow once it is available. Payment functionality is not yet complete — arrangements for any paid booking will be confirmed before it is accepted.
Venue owners remain in control of what they agree to display. Advertising must also comply with the Perth Leaflet Distribution Marketplace Terms and applicable Australian law.
