What you are paying for
A local person collects your flyers, travels to each community noticeboard listed, pins one up, and photographs it. You are paying for their time, travel and proof — not for the noticeboard itself, which is free and public. Providers do not own or control these boards, so a board being full or removed on the day is always possible; when that happens you are told, with a photo.
